Once-off Cleaning
When the space needs more than a quick tidy.
A deeper one-time clean for move-ins, move-outs, post-event resets and spaces that need focused attention before normal upkeep begins.
One focused visit. A proper reset.
Once-off cleaning is for the jobs that do not fit into a normal maintenance visit. The scope is agreed first so the team can focus on the areas that actually need the extra time.
What’s included
- Deep attention to kitchens and bathrooms
- High-use surfaces and built-up dust
- Floors, edges and overlooked areas
- Move-in or move-out priorities where required
- A checklist agreed around the condition of the space
After events
Bring the space back after guests or activity.
